CERTIFIED SPECIALIST IN PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY

Dr. Anu Korada is a pediatric dentist with many years of experience working with children. She is highly accomplished in her field. Having completed her Dentistry degree from the University of London, UK, along with a degree in Biochemistry, she also completed her fellowship in Dentistry from the Royal College of London, UK. Wanting to make a difference in children’s oral care, she embarked on specialist training in Special Care Dentistry in the UK. Moving to BC, Dr Korada completed her specialist training in Pediatric Dentistry and an MSc in Craniofacial Science at the University of British Columbia in 2016.Dr Anu lives in Maple Ridge along with her husband and 2 boys. Her mission statement is ‘prevention is better than the cure’ and is a strong believer in learning good habits early on and putting them into practice. Her strength is being very patient and putting kids at ease naturally, as a mum she knows how to make kids comfortable. Most importantly she loves children!In her spare time Dr Korada loves to paint, read books and spend time with friends and family.“I knew I wanted to work with children as a student in dental school. Children are so honest and intelligent. They make connections very freely once they are comfortable. I wanted to help develop good habits in children so they can become healthy and confident adults.”
